We understand gifting is personal, which is why we go the extra mile to ensure quality and presentation. However, due to the nature of our business and hygiene concerns for certain products (like skincare items), all sales are final.

Exceptions / Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there’s a major issue with the contents, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] or via WhatsApp. Include:

We will assess and work with you on the best possible solution, including replacements wherever applicable.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled, especially for hampers involving personalization or time-sensitive elements.

Change of Address

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If you need to update it, message us within 2 hours of ordering. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.
